I’m a wedding photojournalist, which means that, rather than setting up photo opportunities, my focus is on capturing the day’s events naturally as they happen. The goal is to create artistic photos of authentic moments. I’m an award winning member of both the Wedding Photojournalists Association (the WPJA) as well This is Reportage (TIR).

I also love to create beautiful portraits of you and your guests, so a short part of the day is dedicated to formal photos (I try to keep this brief and lighthearted, so don’t worry if posing isn’t your thing). Other than this, I won’t give photographic direction at all at your wedding unless absolutely necessary. Instead I aim to blend in and observe thoughtfully and discreetly, yet always attentively and with an artistic eye. An important part of my role is to help you and your guests feel at ease, free to be yourselves and, for much of the day I hope, forget I’m even there.
